At complete odds, now in complete agreement

Greetings all!

The news under postmortem here right now states "Qureshi expresses concerns over PPPP, PML-Q alliance"

Like it is often quoted in urdu, "Waqt aane par gadhay ko bhi baap banana parhta hai" (When the time demands it, you even have to make the donkey your father - it means when the time is not in your favor, you have to give undue respect even to those who don't deserve it yet you are helpless in this regard). Similar is the case with today's Pakistani government. They started off being the most popular party after the sad demise of former chairperson of the Pakistan People's Party Parliamentarian Ms. Benazir Bhutto. They won an undoubted majority in the elections and with PML-N in coalition, it was the unchallenged democratic republic government. However, as the time for mid-term elections came, PPPP loss popularity due to its corrupt policies and will-of-the-heart decisions. Though those parties that withdrew their support of the present government seem to have their own personal interests behind this withdrawal, nevertheless, PPPP has been forced into an uncanny weird situation. In order to be able to complete its 5-year tenure, this same party has now been forced to approach PML-Q - the political party that preceded this government and was openly criticized and ridiculed for supporting military dictatorship in the form of former President Mr. Pervaiz Musharraf.

It seems that the government has been only fooling around with the Pakistani Public and their interests and expectations. Every person seems to be concerned with only their own well-being, living only for themselves. It is only the idiotic Pakistani nation that can give votes to a corrupt political party to revere a dead person. And what we face nowadays is simply the results of our stupid decisions.

May Allah Bless Us All.
Peace.
